Our Leadership Team
Ann d’Eon is founder and president of ADI Meetings and Events, one of the premier corporate event companies in the United States, and Hotel Site Select, a meeting planner sourcing and site selection service. For more than 25 years, clients have worked with Ann and her team to create the best conference, meeting and incentive programs. Companies from varied industries have entrusted Ann with responsibilities ranging from incentive and meeting planning to site selection and hotel contract negotiation to transportation and more. Since 1986, Ann has served on the international board of the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE), which governs and guides the incentive industry. She also serves on the Continental Airlines, Hilton Hotel and Carnival Cruise Lines Advisory Councils, the Monaco Government Tourism Advisory Board, the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the Advisory board for the Bern Hotel Group and Westin Panama, and the Advisory Council for Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI).
Dallas Ann Purcella
Vice President, Customer Relations
Vice President of Customer Relations, Dallas Ann Purcella has been with ADI Meetings & Events for over 21 years, and she has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company.
Working from the Beautiful Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming, Dallas keeps in constant contact with her ADI Team on a daily basis. She keeps her team motivated to ensure they effectively carry out each task.
She handles various responsibilities while ensuring each client receives the level of excellence to which they are accustomed from ADI Meetings & Events.
Dallas listens closely to identify the root cause of issues, and she communicates clearly and with courtesy to address issues and keep customers happy.
Dallas manages one of the largest Gem Shows in the U.S. for ADI, which attracts a staggering 60,000 attendees.
She has experienced the world first hand and her knowledge of the hospitality industry and trade show management is reflected in all she does.
Vice President, Office Manager & Accounting Manager
Suzanne Ryan brings more than 25 years’ accounting, office management and human resources experience to her role as Vice President, Accounting, and Office Manager.
Sue has been an ADI team member for more than 11 years and enjoys working closely with Ann d’Eon and co-workers to aid in the company’s continued success and growth of ADI, and the amazing and exciting travel incentive business.
She developed her accounting expertise working with contractors, manufacturers and the hospitality industry.
She has utilized her expertise and knowledge to assist an entrepreneur of a manufacturing business with the initial set up of the business, as well as two new companies with Ann d’Eon; ADI Meetings & Events and Hotel Site Select.
Sue manages the Tempe office and occasionally travels to work on client programs and other industry events.
She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Vice President, Key Accounts
Cindy Smith, Vice President, Key Accounts, has been in the event management industry since 1991. A seasoned negotiator and strategic planner with an extensive library of partners, she has a history of successful multi-million dollar projects and events in Mexico, Canada, Europe and throughout the United States.
Cindy has experience in full meeting management as well as destination management and catering in a variety of environments including high tech, pharmaceutical, food service, premium alcohol beverage, education, major sports, non-profit, hotel/resorts and government.
With responsibility for the full-service meeting department within ADI Meetings and Events, Cindy ensures our team operates within budget and at the level of excellence to which our clients are accustomed.
Laurie’s bright smile and infectious laugh will be the first things to make you gravitate towards her, but her passion in taking a vision and turning it into reality is what will lock you in. Laurie brings over 20 years of experience in full-service meeting planning and executing events that range anywhere from 10 to 4,000 attendees. Drive, creativity, kindness, professionalism, curiosity, attention to detail and that special sparkle in her eye are all gifts which Laurie has in her DNA. She has built talented teams of individuals and inspired them to unprecedented levels of performance and job satisfaction. Laurie’s humanitarian efforts include being a previous Peace Corps volunteer in Latvia and a member of Rotary International for 6 years. Her most recent project took her to Zimbabwe, Africa to deliver and fit individuals with prosthetic hands. When not traveling the globe (she’s been to 36 countries so far), Laurie enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending any type of sporting event, dancing to live music and enjoying the beautiful Arizona sunsets with a nice glass of wine.
